As AAEON's newest AI system powered by the NVIDIA® Jetson AGX Orin™ module, the BOXER-8645AI is a trailblazer in embedded technology. Built with rugged features suitable for in-vehicle deployments, and harnessing the newest image-processing technologies to build more effective, advanced, and forward-thinking AMR and in-vehicle solutions, the BOXER-8645AI pairs with the NileCAM25 Full HD global shutter GMSL2 color camera from AAEON partner e-con Systems™, giving you higher quality image acquisition with which to unleash the AI performance of the NVIDIA® Jetson AGX Orin™.

New Technologies for Faster, More Accurate In-Vehicle Deployment

Armed with eight GMSL2 interfaces via FAKRA connectors, the BOXER-8645AI takes high-speed video transmission over longer distances to a new level. The BOXER-8645AI increases inferencing accuracy thanks to the high frame rate, low-latency, and synchronized multi-camera streaming offered by e-con Systems' NileCAM25. The system's AMR and in-vehicle deployment suitability is bolstered by its E-Mark certification, 9-Axis sensor, and GNSS support, which provides precise analytics for solutions that rely on accurate motion and orientation.

AAEON's Rugged Design

Given its utility for in-vehicle solutions, the BOXER-8645AI is built with durability and longevity in mind. The system has a wide 9V ~ 36V power input range with ignition delay on/off function, alongside MIL-STD-810G standard tolerance to shock and vibration. Able to operate in harsh environmental conditions, the BOXER-8645AI also boasts a wide temperature range of -25°C to 65°C. Through the BOXER-8645AI, AAEON once again harnesses new technologies to bring elite solutions to market.

  • BOXER-8645AI System-Compatible Cameras - NileCAM25 and NileCAM81 by e-con Systems™
    The BOXER-8645AI is compatible with both the NileCAM25 and NileCAM81 Full HD global shutter GMSL2 color cameras provided by AAEON partner e-con Systems™. This collaboration ensures superior image acquisition quality, enhancing the AI capabilities of the NVIDIA® Jetson AGX Orin™. With eight GMSL2 interfaces via FAKRA connectors, the BOXER-8645AI enhances high-speed video transmission over extended distances.
    The current default camera setup for the BOXER-8645AI is the NileCAM25, running with NVIDIA Jetpack™ 5.1.1. For guidance on configuration and setup, please consult the BOXER-8645AI product manual. If you wish to install the NileCAM81, a customized driver is required, which can be acquired either via your AAEON representative or by contacting our technical support team.
    Please note that while both e-con Systems™ cameras are compatible with the BOXER-8645AI, AAEON does not package or bundle said products, which are available from e-con Systems™.

    The BOXER-8645AI supports the LI-IMX490-GMSL2 cameras, including LI-IMX490-GMSL2-030H, LI-IMX490-GMSL2-040H, LI-IMX490-GMSL2-065H, and LI-IMX490-GMSL2-090H by Leopard Imaging Inc. This camera series ensures exceptional image acquisition quality, enhancing the AI capabilities of the NVIDIA® Jetson AGX Orin™. With eight GMSL2 interfaces via FAKRA connectors, the BOXER-8645AI facilitates high-speed video transmission over extended distances.
